Joe Casey, Ph.D., C.Psych.

I am a registered clinical psychologist in the Province of Ontario authorized to work with children, adolescents, adults, families, and organizations. I completed my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Windsor, with an emphasis on Clinical Neuropsychology. I have been in private practice for over 33 years, currently focusing my clinical assessment and consultation work on helping individuals with conditions that have their origins in childhood. Most often these are individuals who have or are suspected to have ADHD, dyslexia, disorders of written expression, nonverbal or other types of learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, giftedness, various medical or genetic conditions.

Lisa Roberts-Hamelin, B.A., B.Ed.

I am an Ontario Certified Teacher and Special Education Specialist with 25 years of experience working with children and families to address a wide range of learning needs. Throughout my career, I have worked as both a classroom teacher and educational consultant, supporting students at the elementary and secondary grade levels. My passion for supporting children with diverse learning, developmental, and behavioural needs began in 1997, when I worked as a psychometrist at the Windsor Regional Children’s Centre. In this role, I administered a variety of assessments with children and adolescents and worked closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop meaningful interventions. Since then, my work in education has continued to deepen my understanding of how children learn and the many factors that can influence their success at school, a perspective that benefits the assessments we do at casey neuropsychology, which helps children and their families better understand the individual’s learning profile and identify practical strategies to support growth, confidence, and success.
